To facilitate deliveries, we collect precise location data (Latitude/Longitude) from your device when you place an order or use the "Search Nearby Markets" feature.

We use the collected data to:
Provide Services
Facilitate market shopping, agent bidding, and rider delivery.
Communications
Send OTP codes, order updates, and system notifications via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email.
Security
Detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, and other illegal activities.
Verification
Verify identity of Agents and Riders to ensure a safe marketplace.
3. Sharing
We share your data only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers
With payment processors (Flutterwave, Paystack) and notification gateways (Termii, Meta WhatsApp API).
- Marketplace Participants
We share your delivery address and name with the Agent and Rider assigned to your order.
- Legal Requirements
If required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.
4. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures, including:
Sensitive data like identification numbers are encrypted at rest.
Authentication PINs are never stored in plain text.
Strict internal protocols limiting data access to authorized personnel only.
