Welcome to MarketSkip! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MarketSkip mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Service
MarketSkip provides a platform that connects Users with Shopping Agents ("Agents") and Delivery Riders ("Riders"). We facilitate the ordering of goods from local markets, real-time bidding for shopping services, and last-mile delivery.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
You must protect your account PIN. MarketSkip is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
4. Payments
Payment Processing
All payments are processed through third-party gateways (Flutterwave/Paystack). MarketSkip does not store your full card details.
Pricing
Prices of goods in local markets are dynamic. Estimates provided in the app may vary from final purchase prices.
Refunds
Refunds for missing or damaged items are processed into your MarketSkip Wallet after verification by our dispute team.

Marketplace Model
Agents and Riders are independent contractors, not employees of MarketSkip.
Liability
MarketSkip is not responsible for the conduct, actions, or omissions of any Agent or Rider.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarketSkip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to food quality issues or delivery delays.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or are engaged in fraudulent activity.
9. Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
